Watchung Hills Physical Therapy was created in 2006 with the intent of providing an alternative to the traditional physical therapy experience. The most vital aspect to our philosophy of care is that we schedule patients one at a time and spend the entire time focused on that individual. We also tend to emphasize a hands-on, manual therapy approach and strive to educate the patients on home programs with the goal of long term solutions and not just short term results.
